Message were lined up then youll have to tear it down and do it over. Again make sure all your connections are clean and do as Mike said and buy some dielectric grease to help the connections stay clean and make better contact. I again would check the CAS, PTU, Injectors, coil packs, and basically every connection you can get your hands on. If you can check all connectors and clean them and then put some di-electric grease on them you should end up good.

I know when my old motor didnt start I was freaking and thought it was my timing but I knew it was right and I knew I had all connections right so I just started eleminating stuff and finally discovered it was corroded injector connectors. I cleaned the 4 easy ones and the car started rough and ran but wasnt perfect so i killed it and then did the 2 back ones and was able to get it running right.

Good luck man and dont give up you obviously made progress.
